Who We Are

About Frontline Medical Transit

Founded in the Coachella Valley, we exist to make sure no patient misses a medical appointment because of a lack of reliable transportation.

How We Started

Our Story

Frontline Medical Transit was founded by a veteran who witnessed firsthand how missed rides lead to missed appointments — and how missed appointments lead to worse health outcomes. We set out to build a NEMT company that treats every ride as a responsibility, not just a transaction.

As a veteran-owned business, we bring the same discipline, reliability, and commitment to service that defines military service to every transport we provide. Our drivers share our values — professionalism, patience, and genuine care for every patient we serve.
